Vicki Fry, PT - Coffey County
Vicki has been an FSA employee for 15 years, all of which have been in Coffey County. During that time she has been an invaluable asset to the agency, the county office and her co-workers. She is a very dedicated professional and is very dependable. She has an exemplary work ethic and she encourages the same in her co-workers. She sets the standard for accuracy in program delivery and has been recognized on multiple occasions for her performance. These recognitions came from all levels, her CED, District Director and co-workers. She has taken on extra program responsibilities on many occasions.
She has been involved in many special projects over the years. She has tested software for the agency in Kansas City several times and was selected to test NAP/DCP software in Washington D.C. in 2002. She participated in the New Leader Program in 2005 and most recently served as a GIS trainer for District 6. In addition to her job at FSA, she also farms and runs a cow/calf operation with her husband Bill.
Vicki is a much deserved candidate for this award and we thank her for her dedication. We also thank Kim Specht for taking the time to nominate her.

Kelly A. Cramer, Jetmore, Kansas Kelly graduated from Jetmore High School in May of 2007. This fall, Kelly will be attending Oklahoma State University. She plans to be a Foreign Language Major with a Pre-Med option. She will also be an active member in the Delta Delta Delta Sorority. Kelly was an extremely active student at Jetmore High School. She was a starter for the Varsity Volleyball and Basketball teams all four years and was a part of the 2004-2005 Basketball team that went to the 1A Girls State Basketball Tournament. She also threw Shot Put and Discus in Track and went to the State Meet three out of her four years in high school placing 5th in both events her senior year. Kelly cheered from 2003-2006 and was the Captain of the 2006 squad |
| who received high
honors at the UCA Cheerleading Camp and was elected to be a UCA All-Star
Cheerleader.
Kelly was her Senior Class President and a member of Student Council throughout high school. She was also very involved in the school's theater productions. She enjoyed playing her trumpet and percussion in the school band and volunteered her time to the American Legion to play "Taps" at all military funerals. As the Hodgeman County Economic Development Youth Representative, Kelly was active in community service and a voice at all HCED meetings. Kelly Cramer graduated with a 4.0 G.P.A. and was her Senior Class Valedictorian. |

Colby W. Dunagan, Scott City, Kansas Colby graduated from Scott Community High School in May 2006. Colby attended Kansas Wesleyan University last year where he played Basketball for the Coyotes. This coming year he plans on attending Fort Hays State University to focus on his education of Business with an emphasis on Finance. Colby was an active 12 year member of the Lucky Clover 4-H Club, where he held all offices and was a State Runner up with his Record Book in Self-Determined Basketball. |

Colby was also active in
his Church where he was an usher for 3 years. He was also active in the Big
Brothers, Big Sisters program and the Special Olympics. Colby was a starter
for the 2004-05 Basketball team that went to State 4A Basketball and was a
starter for the 2005-06 Basketball team that were the State 4A Basketball
Champions. Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. |

John Callan, Clay Center, Kansas John graduated from Clay Center Community High School in May 2007 and will be attending Emporia State University this fall. He plans to major in English and explore his interests in literature, writing, music and multi-media production. John is an avid reader and enjoyed being an active member of the High School band playing trombone and electric bass, as well as serving as a Drum Major. |
| His HS athletic activities included boys' tennis and cross country. He has also enjoyed working with youth in the community - coaching soccer and softball teams and providing instruction in recording & mixing music. | |
